Both doctor and nurse assistant were professional at all times. Doctor apologised for the short wait and made sure he checked what my problem was before proceeding. he explained what he proposed to do and why. he also went through the success rate he expected would be achieved as result of the procedure. I was made to fell at ease at all times.

I saw Dr Sultan this morning before an MRI scan on my shoulder. He carried out a pre-scan procedure where liquid was injected into my shoulder for the purpose of the MRI scan. The procedure was painless, just a small injection, and each step explained to me along the way, which was reassuring. The best way to describe the liquid sensation was that it feels like I had a wet flannel resting on my shoulder, a pretty straight forward procedure that caused me no bother at all. All the hospital staff were very good to me during my visit.

I attended my appointment with great anxiety as earlier in the week I attended for an injection in my thumb which was excruciatingly painful! I was greeted shortly after my appointment time by a very pleasant nurse who explained to me how to undress and she escorted my into the procedure room. From the moment I saw Dr Sultan I felt reassured and confident in the procedure that followed. He explained carefully the procedure and most importantly I felt that he listened to me - a rare quality for a doctor! The whole procedure was carried out precisely and there was definitely a calm atmosphere in the procedure room - overall very, very professional!
